Who hits harder? Malignaggi or Margarito?

Watching the fight and seeing how soft Tony's punches were, who do you guys think hits harder? Paulie Malignaggi or Antonio Margarito? I mean now that Tony can't use Plaster of course. I am not talking about the loaded wraps Tony, I am talking just regular old Tony with no phony bologna under the gloves. So who packs a meaner punch? Tony or Paulie?

Margarito. But Paulie can actually punch, early in his career he had some good pop in his punches until he literaly became a one handed fighter due to so many hand injuries.
