Why does everyone like Kenny Bayless so much?

I always get the feeling that he is scared to do his job... I've seen fighters doing illegal **** and he just ignores it.

The sequence of Mayweather vs. ODLH when Oscar pins his arm on Mayweather's neck and hammers the body for like a 10 second period just made me wonder... wtf was Bayless doing during that?

I don't really have an opinion... all of them have ****** ass in one fight or another... I don't pay enough attention to referees in order to make a good judgment call.

I know the ones that suck, and the ones that are generally okay...

Remember, the mark of a good referee is one that you don't notice.

yes and to my knowledge steve smoger is one that you don't notice much and to my recollection he has never goofed up or ****** ass as you put it. mills lane is another one that was very good and cared a lot about the fighters but he had his hiccups..isn't he the ref that threw hopkins out of the ring by accident (pushed him) and caused him to sprain his ankle and No Contest the fight if i remember correctly
