Yea but you can't really compare his loss to Chris Byrd, thats a totally different style match up. Chris Byrd is like the modern day version of Jimmy Young. Slick/Awkward and a nightmare to fight. Jimmy Young defeated George Foreman, and most people think George Foreman would beat Mike Tyson, but i doubt many people think Jimmy Young beats a prime Mike Tyson.

Just like Lennox Lewis they both fought very cautiously against David Tua, keeping the fight on the outside. And Ike Ibeabuchi was just a punching machine, i think most Heavyweights would of struggled with that output of punches even a prime Mike Tyson would have. And i don't think even most people had David Tua losing, at worst most people consider it a draw or a 1 or 2 round win for David Tua.

If David Tua could make it too the middle rounds he has a chance, because Mike Tyson gets frustrated/sloppy in the 2nd half of fight. But i think the smart bet is Mike Tyson by TKO in the 5th round. As tough as David Tua is i don't think he could stand up to Mike Tyson's assault. David Tua is far too easy to hit he is one dimensional, and he stands straight in front of you which plays to Mike Tyson's strengths.

I think i'd back a Prime Tua for this fight, he's the underdog but i think he could pull it off.

Tyson by UD only. If we're talking '00-era Tua who faced Lewis, then yeah - I don't see his chin just cracking there and then (Margarito's had already been tested in many matches prior). I need to rewatch the Lewis fight, but I think he took some bombs from him and still stood at the end of 12 rounds.

However, 80s Tyson I wouldn't be so sure of. If Tua clacked him a few good ones in succession and stunned him (something that nobody prior to Buster had been able to do), I could see him being down on his ass and not getting up the 1st time. They're the same size too, so one should take that into account.
