Does something seem fishy about this recent Tommy Morrison fight?

Seems like a poor acting job on behalf of Corey Williams, a Wyoming-based heavyweight with a 7-9 record. As you can see, Williams goes down twice dramatically on punches that are hardly bombs. After a few minutes Williams is allowed to walk around on his own unassisted. His corner never seemed very concerned for his health.

Morrison, who was suspended over a decade ago for testing HIV positive, fought in Wyoming because there is no boxing commission established there. Therefore the fight does not count as a sanctioned fight.

Most hilarious was the opponent announcing that Morrison would be back in a WBC eliminator against Ray Mercer at the Casper Event Center in Wyoming. Was the opponent also his promoter? And does he really think the WBC would ever sanction either of these guys again?
