When you say "who has" I thought you were implying current fighters.

Lennox's jab was a dime. So was Pea's, that dude hit you whenever he wanted with that jab. Ali's was ridiculous as well.

Current I still go with Wlad,Cotto,Taylor, and Sturm.

Wlad's jab is damn good.

The first two names that came to mind were Wladimir Klitschko and Migeul Cotto. Both have very hard and accurate jabs. This is why Cotto will always give Mosley problems when they fight. His jab was killing Shane that night.

Currently it's definitely Wlad. I think Calzaghe has an underrated jab too. Just throwing that out there.
