So who will get more credit for the win, Pacquiao or Hatton?

Obviously on this board, not matter who wins, there will always be people making excuses for fighters or saying the person they beat was all hype and etc. So with Pacman and the Hitman going at it in May, which fighter would get more credit for a win? I can see both fighters wins being picked apart.

hard to say I dont see Hatton getting much credit if he beats Pacman..people will say Pac was shot.

Thats one of the funny things about this fight if hatton wins if you go off alot of the postings on most sites he should get alot of credit, but if he does win everyone will say hatton was to big unlike the weight drained de la hoya and pac was to small was the reson he lost, and if pac wins everyone will just say hattons a bum and never deserved to be there in the first place.

So the only way i can see anyone getting the credit would be if it went the distance in a bloody battle to the end e.g Vazquez/Marquez 3 then the winner would get alot of credit lol

Hatton clearly since every pachugger thinks that hatton is a bum that will get walked over.

Since they think that pacman should get no credit for beating him.

If you think that the opposition is going to get KO's inside 6 and has literally no chance of winning, then don't fight him or if you fight him don't expect any credit for it.

Hatton will have beaten a P4P no1 who hardly anyone gave him any chance of beating so should get more credit if he wins.

i think its about even.despite the point that people might say that pac was too small anyway if he loses,those same people are currently saying he will smash ricky.however,if pac beats ricky,the same people will start saying how good ricky was.its all bollocks really

Hatton I would suspect. Though people would say that he is too big if it happens. Not saying he will win but Hatton will do a lot better than a lot of people expect.

They both will,
Hatton for beating the P4P#1
Pac for beating the "NEW" Hatton

Hatton would because Manny is P4P #1 and he is the underdog.

Manny will still get credit though if he beats Hatton because he is going to Hatton's weight that he has dominated at for as long as i can remember.

There will always be some people unhappy with the way it ends because their favourite fighter didn't win, but that is how i see it.
