I did watch some prime Margarito, it was about two weeks ago. That was an incredible display of power is you were talking about Mosley.

not taking anything away from SSM, cuz he beat his ass like if he owed him money
I mean, I know it takes more than 1 fight to see a fighter start to decline from Prime status.

He had the fight of his life against Cotto and a KO loss to Mosley, but is it the loss that makes you think that or also the wrapping situation?

Margarito did **** himself in the 9th and in the dressing room after he got caught playing with his plaster.

And reach, don't forget reach. That's important because Hearns was one of those rare guys who could KO someone without having to land a short punch inside. He could extend and drop a guy too, which is huge when you have a 78" reach.

Margarito doesn't knock guys out he stops them(with a little help)

margarito's power is overrated as hell hearns was knocking fools out at every weight class

                it really is no comparison

well, i thought he was on the decline even before cotto (good thing for him the cotto fight happened at the right time)

couple that with all the punishment he got from cotto AND THEN the ass beating he got from mosley?

i wouldn't be surprised if he never bounces back and starts getting his ass beat by sub-par fighters

This question is as ridiculous as.. Did Pernell Whitaker posses as much defensive savvy as a prime Paulie malinaggi.
