Roy Jones PPV?

I just saw that Roy's fight against Sheika is going to be on PPV as a combined MMA/Boxing PPV. Anyone have any more information on this? It seems like a good idea outside of the possibility of bigger fights outside of the ring, than inside. This won't be an HBO PPV will it?
