after the Cotto fight he was tested for steroids because Team Cotto just could not believe Plasterito seemed stronger as the late rounds came,as it turned out, he was not on steroids...but then months later he gets busted with loaded wraps before fighting Shane...I guess the mystery has been solved...it was Plaster he used against Cotto not Steroids.

So NO! Plasterito has not been cleared of using loaded wraps against Cotto he was cleared from Steroids...

Loaded wraps? Could someone explain all this? I keep hearing about Margarito using dodgy wraps but I've yet to see any evidence at all. Infact I've never seen what was taken out of his wraps, what the exact circumstances surrounding the controversy were or how substantial the objects were. Infact I'm just a poster on boxingscene.com who really hasn't been within 500 miles of Margarito, let along able to tell whether he was cheating or not.

well alot of idiots keep saying Plasterito has been cleared for the Cotto fight...yeah cleared of Steroids...but not cleared of using Plaster....the plaster is now questioned because they busted Phony before he got a chance to cheat against Shane...
