    At the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio, the main event of the "The Homecoming" - saw Ricardo Williams Jr. (14-2-1, 7 KOs) win an eight round unanimous decision over Doel Carrasquillo (12-10-1, 10 KO) in front of an estimated crowd of 5,000 fans. Williams, a 2000 Olympic silver medalist, simply used his quicker hands to outwork and outbox his opponent for the entire fight. The scores were 79-73, 78-74 and 80-72. [details]

    I'm excited to see what Ricardo Williams can salvage at this point...I really liked him when he came out of the Olympics...skills, speed, and one of boxing's best poker faces in the ring.
