Actually if you were paying attention, BJ Penn said yes, he can continue. But when the doctor turned away, BJ's brother tapped the doctor and said no more.

BJ has more heart that all the members in here.

My stream cut out so I was going by what I was hearing. He still took a beating though, GSP was dominating him. He really didn't have much of a chance of winning he was too gassed.

BTW, the fight is for the 170 pound title. BJ weigh in at 168. BJ is a natural 155.

See, that's your problem right there. You go into it thinking it's boxing or that it should resemble it at all. It shouldn't. It's MIXED Martial Arts, so different styles of fighting get MIXED in. Just the way it is. Wrestling, grappling, clinch work, scrambling, just around of the game.

It's not ALWAYS exciting, but it's just the way the sport is designed.

When you go in and look at it as a sport that is based on will and skill (DIFFERENT SKILL THAN BOXING), and I appreciate it for that.

I still love boxing WAY more than MMA, but I can appreciate the sport for what it is.

Stop watching it if you don't like it. MMA is not boxing.

                  ******. Just ******.

He was in there with a fast AND bigger guy. It happens. No reason to insult a guy who had the balls to get in there and try against a substantially bigger guy.

Say what you will about Margarito but he took his beating like a man. He wasnt going out on his stool and his corner where telling him not to go out. Penn is no Margarito.
