If it's proven that Marg used plaster against Cotto should Cotto's loss be changed to a NC and he should be undefeated again?

Well the Nevada comission already said his wraps were fine so I don't think that's going to be happening. Althouh if it is found out that he cheated than yes the result should be changed to a NC. Don't count on that happeing though.

And like someone already said, Shane's win over De La Hoya in their 2nd fight should be changed as well. If you're gonna **** Margo, then **** Shane as well.

Tito fought like he was on the level of Vargas' sack judging by all the low blows. it's a shame he had to resort to that **** in order to turn the tide.... otherwise he would have lost to not one but two chicano fighters

The only reasonable way to establish a convincing case would be to force Margarito to take a lie test if he is found guilty now. Nevertheless, those can be cheated as well.
