Hatton had a hard time winning against B fighters in Jr. Welter (Lazcano) and Welter (Collazo).
Dawson has one notable win to his name and it was a disputable win. How many world titles has he won at different weights?

Hatton has a lot of solid wins on his resume and has held belts in 2 divisions.

In my opinion neither of them can be considered great fighters at this moment in time and when all is said and done, probably won't be considered great fighters after they are gone. However, in terms of accomplishments and names taken, Hatton has a clear edge over Dawson and should be ranked higher on the P4P list.

I had a good chuckle at that too.

Dawson has 3 wins over top 10 divisional opponents, two of them where 40 years old.

Tzsyu in the hatton fight >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>tarver + Johnson at any stage of their careers.

Castillio in the hatton fight >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Tarver and Johnson at any point in their careers.

Hatton has fought the No1 or 2 in the division he was in 4 times and top 10, 9 times.

The fact of the matter is Hatton has beaten 2 P4P top ten fighters and his only loss is to the P4P No1.

C'mon we know who Hatton beat to get his welterweight strap, and that guy isn't even on anybody's top 100 P4P even when he was the champ. Guzman has two titles one from super bantam and another from super feather too, P4P I think he is even better than Hatton, and like Chad, the dude's unbeaten. As much as I want Hatton to be highly rated so that Pacman would get a lot more credit when he beats the crap out of the guy, bottomline is that Hatton's P4P status is overrated. Chris John is unbeaten and holds a unanimous decision win over P4P #2 Marquez, I think P4P the asian dude should be rated higher than Hatton P4P. I just don't get it. Ring Magazine is tainted.

You want to Argue that hatton is not top 10 P4P fine, do it i'll take a look at your arguements.

Mention Dawson and I'll laugh in your face.

Dawson hasn't even been top of his division, and his division is made up mostly of 35 year old+ has beens.

There are 7 fighter in the top 10 at LHW older than either Zoo or Castillio, so don't give me the Zoo and Castillio was shot BS.

Zoo was P4P no3 and had utterly destroyed the No1 contender in his division 6 months before. Castillio was ranked P4P No9 at teh time of the Hatton fight.

Johnson was ranked P4P No9 5 years before Dawson almost lost to him, Tarver has never even got that high, the idea that Dawson should be over Hatton P4P is ******ed.

He bullied Kostya into retirement and made him quit on his stool. Plus he's ruled 140 for 5 years now so I think thats more than enough to keep him in the PFP list.
