ramirez had more swelling on his back than on his face last night due to rope burns.ahahaha

i didnt like katsidis performance. no improvement from previous fights and if the other dude had some pop he would've KO'd katsidis.

Hmm, I hope to see at least a bit of improvement in this fight or at least a semblance of him trying to improve on things. He already knows what he needs to improve on and now he has the chance while fighting his way back up.

So, how was it for those that saw it? Was it a good fight?

Anyone got a ********** link for the full fight? There'd BETTER be a cap of this one.
rest assured that its not the kind of fight you'll lose sleep when you miss it. ramirez was virtually all over the place running away from katsidis! i was expecting katsidis to win this but was surprised when the argentine-spaniard gave him a hard time than expected. the way katsidis fights reminds me of pacman in his early days, a guy who has more brawl in him than skills but look what has freddie done to him? given his heart and punching power, katsidis can be a more formidable boxer if he develops into a well-rounded fighter. anyway i was looking for a vid myself, if i see one i might get back to you.

No worries, one was posted in the Videos section.

I think he needs to ditch that idiot of a trainer, Brendon Smith. That guy is such a crap-talking, arrogant **** (see the Diaz post-fight interviews). If Kats could hook up with Roach, there'd be some action. He's leaving things much too late if he wants to climb up the ladder.

I like katsidis his fights are always good to watch but he really needs to improve his defence and use the jab more, I am looking forward to seeing the Julio Diaz fight. The most annoying thing about that fight was that women commentator according to her both had been in with Earl Graham lol.

                  Silly moo cow.

Women have no place commentating on a boxing match. They can commentate on anything else, but just not boxing. I'm not being sexist - their voice just gets on my nerves worse than Kellerman's!

you guys must be talking about dyan castillejo...yes, that's the kind of thing we have to put up here in the phils. whenever a good fight comes up. you see, while some people around the world pay good money just see their fights, our networks here beam it to us for free but with some big-ass drawbacks; lengthy commercials and commentary that sucks.
that's why whenever pac or any pinoy fighter goes in for a big fight, i tend to wait for vids with commentary from overseas. other pinoys might go for my jugular for this and label me as downing fellow filipinos but as a reasonable boxing fan, i want my commentators to be logical, unbiased and clearly knows what they're talking about.

I see your point. I like to download the vids of any big match the next day, not only to watch the fight again, but to listen to the more knowledgeable HBO commentary since our Sky Sports/Setanta commentators in Britain are so incredibly ****ty (especially that loud Scottish guy who shouts the whole time).
