I agree that williams is the best welter but you must be p-will himself for having a sig pic with hopkins, mosley and mayweather in it and p-will is the biggest pic reigning over everyone and it says "the king of boxing". lol. that is just wrong.

Why not? Winner is the man who runs **** at WW. Although wit the wrap scandal goin on, in hindsight maybe it's a good thing it wasn't for the Ring belt.

Williams doesnt even fight at welter most of the time.

yeah but shouldn't it be 1 vs 2 for the title? mosley lost to cotto so there is no logic behind him being 2nd best. that fight was a 1 vs 3(if you discount williams) which should not be for the ring title IMO.
