VITALI IS A GREAT FIGHTER, problem with him is that both him AND his brother came in the wrong era. Vitali is better than Wladimir but they would still be competitive in any era

Still, because they were born, as U sad, in wrong era does not mean that you cannot to compare their fighter abilities (chin, heart, hand speed, style and so on) to lagends ones and consider one of them as an ATG.
