I believe Cotto said "Margarito's punches felt like bricks". Not sure the exact quote.

i vaugely heard something about that. But in previous bouts people did mention that Margo's punches were fcukin solid, like stones or bricks.

Nothin is 4 sho yet, but if he was usin illegal wraps in every fight wouldn't Marg have a higher KO percentage? Has he been busted for this before prior to any fight? How many opponents has he killed in the ring? How many of his opponents have been ruined by him, to the point that they retired or were never quite the same? How many of em have suffered serious or permanent injuries? This is why I don't believe he's done this in all his fights until it's established incontrovertibly.

No matter what people on here want to say, Antonio Margarito's gloves have been, and will continue to be, inspected before EVERY fight. This has never been an issue in his previous fights.

He outworked Miguel Cotto and took his heart. That's all there to say about that fight. It was obvious after the second round that Cotto would not be able to hurt Margarito with any punches and would need to outbox him for 12 full rounds. He came close, but the accumulation of margarito's punches took the fight out of him.

Sure buddy whatever you say. I hope believing all that bull**** makes you feel better after the fact that Margacheato got exposed as a dirty cheater.

I'm not a fan of Antonio Margarito but I did root for him against Cotto. I was actually rooting for Mosley in his last fight.

I understand how you can be butt-hurt by the raping Margarito put on Cotto in their biggest fights but facts are facts and Keith Kizer has already come out to say that it is almost absolutely certain that he had clean wraps for the Cotto fight. One last thing... Naazim Richardson saw the wrapping, what's Evangelista's excuse if there was anything in the gloves?

When your in a fight that is probably the last thing on your mind... thinking that they have something in there gloves. Fighters are that concentrated are just concentrated on winning the fight... when they got hit (this is if Margarito was using the Plaster of Paris in his wraps at that time... there is no proof yet) they probably just thought to themselves "****, this guy hits hard!".

I have only just started boxing as a hobby on Tuesday, so obviously I haven't sparred or had a fight yet or anything so I am not an expert on it or anything... but that is just my assumption.
