Ok a commision representitive has already stated that a "foreign" substance and or a "plaster like substance" was found inside the hand wraps of Antonio Margarito...But then goes on to state that the "foreign" substance will go under examination to see if it is Illegal and violates any of the rules sanctioned by the commision....

What I don't get is if a "foreign" substance is found in any handwrap shouldnt it be automaticly deemed illegal by definition...Why are they treating the 2 things as if they are not mutualy exclusive?

I agree with you on this. Even if he had cotton balls in there, it is "foreign" and "illegal". What they should say is, "We found an illegal substance in the wraps and we need to determine what it is".

his hand was illegally wrapped by definition hence they had to rewrap margo's hands.

the commision never said it was a "plaster like substance"... thats what naazim said (if i remember right) and it was a golden boy doctor that said "thats what we use to make casts"

if said "foreign" substance is plaster team margo will be hurting for a long time... if it turns out to be nothing, team margo wont get any penalties
