TRUE.. like salvador sanchez is a boxing GOD just cause he beat a lighter weight champion WILFREDO GOMEZ who KTFO of 15 opponants in a row, in title defences. sanchez almost lost to NELSON, who only had 13, 14 fights, BUT to all the mesicans, sanchez is an all time great, hall of famer, make a flag with his picture, greatest fighter. the truth is. if the crash wouldn't of got him, he would of been exposed like hoya, mararito, zarate, pintor, etc.etc.etc...

Careful now, your talking about a legendary prospect. What he accomplished up to age 23, leaves only room for improvement. Which is why he is honored.

Yes there are variables, but considering his accomplishments up to the point of his death. Most likely then not, he would have improved.

Or take another look at. There is no such thing as an unbeatable boxer. No matter how talented you are, eventually going to have some one that matches up your style and breaks your rhythm. This man had 46 fights, you damn right he was bound to find some one that mismatches his style.

Why does **** always have to come back to nationalities? I understand how important they are historically, but the **** just breeds hate around here.

You are making an excuse, to downgrade a victory over a Purto Rican boxer. This excuse will do nothing, to take away his 40 plus victory under age.
