No. Its like saying that Cotto would be too big for Pac. If the fight takes place at 147, Cotto would come in around 154-155. Floyd doesnt put on much weight at 147. Therfore, it would be more of a fair fight given thier similar size.

I said that Cotto/Pac wouldnt be good for Pac due to the fact that Cotto will outweigh Pac by about 10lbs. Although Pac/Floyd would be a tough fight for either fighter, it will be more of a fair fight given that both fighters would weight about the same come fight night.
