Tszyu was a good fighter but he's become very overrated since he retired

roger that. i mean, so what if it wasn't counted, he still would have lost. zab judah = worst underachiever in history of boxing.

Floyd was quick with it, he could have been looking at Floyd and still not seen the glove hit the canvas, many didnt see it till the replay anyway.

          fixed it for you.

kostya's resume might be a bit overrated by some but he did rule the division with an iron hand.

kostya's skills are very underrated though.

It was a knock down not a KO.

I think the Floyd kd happen so fast..it wasnt detectable except by replay. the Tarver one he went way back because of it and it was very noticable.

The only fighter that has shown throughout history to not do what you stated is Zab Judah, he lands hard early in all his fights and then goes into cruise control thinking that punch will be there all night.

Truth about this. It was a clear KD, they showed it in between rounds. Steele missed it, plain and simple. The fact that he missed it might have played a role in him calling the Tarver KD a couple of months later, because Steward said he didn't see Tarver's glove touch. Maybe he didn't want to make the mistake again?

I know Zab gassed after the halfway point, but before then it was a competitive bout.

Incidentally, the funniest Floyd fanboy comment I've ever read on here was the guy who said that Floyd laid down the blueprint for how to beat Zab in a boxing match, clarifying that Kostya Tsyzu didn't as he "ruined it by knocking Zab out in two rounds."
Hamada's 119-109 scorecard was terrible. I am also a little confused why there was literally 0 point deductions for the low blow, rabbit punch combination that Zab threw. You would think there would be at least some form of punishment for that.

And by the way, I do think Mayweather laid down the blueprint for beating Zab more than Tszyu.

What did Tszyu do? He punched through his chin with a right hand that only Tszyu can throw with that power, quickness and accuracy. Not a whole lot of boxers can duplicate that.

Seriously though? I think Baldomir laid down the blueprint more than anyone else. Pressure, pressure, pressure and Zab folds.

Cory Spinks outslicked him, but a lot of people thought Zab should have won that fight, so... idk, it wasn't overly effective.

Since then, Mayweather and Cotto did the pressure that Baldomir did and it worked like a charm for them.

Clottey used the Winky Wright tactic to beat him.

Moral of the story... Zab sucks, because he has been beaten in so many different ways.

                      Outpunched by Tszyu
                      Outslicked by Spinks
Outpressured by Baldomir, Mayweather and Cotto
                      Outdefensed/countered by Clottey

Great job Judah... way to live up to the hype surrounding you when you burst onto the professional scene.
