Margarito did duck the rematch and we know this.

Williams now has a Winky fight. Williams want Mosley now since he is the man to beat. If he doesn't get that he move on and fight the best at 154 and 160

This matchup lost a great deal of appeal. I'm not sure it would be advisable for Williams to seek it out any longer - Cotto would be a better target at 147, but concentrating on 154 may not be a bad idea at this point.
