Anyway, this is the first time any kind of "substance" has been mentioned, and it happens seven years after the fight took place.
Again, when this story unfolded it was about too much wrap, nobody said anything about an illegal plastic or plaster like material.

Obviously, Tito was cleared of any wrongdoing, but Richardsons comments make for some very intriguing drama regarding the situation.
