This says a lot about Wlad if this is going down at Stamford Bridge aka Hayes back yard. That stadium holds 40,000 plus people and will be sold out, moneymaker this fight.

This is a really tough fight for me to break down in my head in terms of who's going to walk away the winner. Admittedly I'm a huge Haye supporter and think he's the most exciting heavyweight since Tyson but this is going to be the toughest fight of his career. While I believe Haye has very good natural ability and some solid boxing skills he was sloppy in the Barrett fight which could cost him when he takes on W. Klistschko. Wladimir is a very sound technical boxer with a lot of power and if Haye is even 25% as sloppy against Wladimir as he was against Monte Barrett, the Hayemaker is going to be in real trouble.

On the flipside of that, though Wladimir has shown great improvement over the last few years, he's overly cautious and he has trouble with fighters who are busier than he is and those that keep the pressure on. Furthermore he tends not to react well when he's hit hard so if Haye can put the pressure on early and land some big shots, we could see a new heavyweight champion crowned on that night.

            Keys to Victory:

David Haye: More head and side to side movement. Better balance, consistent pressure, and combination punching.

Wladimir Klitschko: Show Haye who's the bigger man from the start of the fight and apply pressure. The long pawing jab will only work for so long at all against Haye.

Why the hell is this fight coming off in June? Haye has now become a part time fighter and Klitschko is only going to get in 2-3 fights this year. Both guys need tune up bouts in my opinion not only to keep themselves busy and fresh but to help build the hype. Six months is a long time to pump a fight and the public's going to get tired of hearing about it when they should be watching it! Enough talking lets get to fighting!
