i do all bodyweight exercisizes too, but i cant do it like that. that is something to strive for, very inspiring. i might be a little to tall to do it like that but im going to try

i was like damn wow............. till the 3:03 mark... then after that i started getting freaked out. amazing and mind boggling at the same time. if i'd see that at night walking down the sidewalk, i'd think it was a demon or something.

I can do that, not as well as him, but I never really tried to work my core like that. Thats commie genetics for you, where the only toys we had were the iron tubed jungles in the park.
