if hatton doesn't see it coming, he can't move away from the lead left.
    Im not talking about that.

Im talking about using footwork to move away from the line of the left hand, meaning if pac does decide to throw it, more than likely he will miss because he cant line up the punch in the first place. Lateral Movement.

i dont think jmm used lateral movement against pac... jmm just waited for pac to attack and counterpunched.

ricky does use lateral movement but not to get away from getting hit, cause ricky gets hit all the time. I think he's pretty good at cutting off the ring though.

        .
In both fights he circles away from the left for periods and fires shots, especially in the 1st fight.

Barrera managed to do a similar thing for a tiny portion of their second fight, but he couldnt get away from pac.

Pacquiao isnt as quick to get the shots off when a guy isnt right in line with the left lead.

interesting topic.....i will not underestimate hatton simply because he has a good trainer....will pacquiaos speed keep hatton from going to the body and tying up..i still favor pacquiao currently....

As the fight gets closer are people changing their picks, or has anyone seen something which they has changed their perception of the fight?

either guy can win dont get me wrong..but I dont see how hatton is the underdog??? He is a natural welter and pac is moving into uncharted waters here..
