I didn't really hear boos for Oscar but everytime Tito Ortiz talked he seemed to get booed. Oscar was only in that huge f'in ring after the Fedor fight.

On a personal level, I agree that it was kind of messed up for Oscar to miss the fight. Shane is supposedly his friend, and is his partner. It was a big promotion for his company. As far as him getting into different business ventures, that's his decision. You cant knock the hustle.

The only thing I can say is MMA and boxing do NOT appeal to the same crowd. If Oscar or any other promoter wants to try and mix the two together it just wont work. I know a lot of MMA fans and they dont like boxing at all.

Shaw is being a ***** because the community accepts DLH more then his criminal fatass. That and DLH kinda does homework.

Affliction handles the payroll and GBP works the venue and acts as backup.

I saw Oscar at Diaz-Katsidis and he got the biggest cheer of the night. The fans were desperate to get a photo or an autograph with him as he left the Toyota Center. There was a big entourage following him which was ridiculous. The only fans jeering him were the Mexicans chanting 'Margarito! Margarito!' I'd never seen such celebrity worship before and was truly impressed.

I'm glad Oscar went to Affliction. Glad he got into the MMA game. Fedor is the baddest man on the planet. MMA are not haters and will welcome Oscar with open arms. Hes a fight promoter and MMA is a real fighting sport unlike wrestling. Sorry, boxing. From a pure boxing fan.

I was at the Staples Center that night. Right before the main event, they started announcing the names of celebrities in the house. They announced that Arnold was there and the whole crowd booed. Right after that they announced Stallone and the crowd starts cheering. Then they start chanting "Rocky, Rocky, Rocky..." Haha

A little before that they had announced Delahoya's name, though I'm not sure why cause he wasn't there. But the crowd booed him worse than Schwarzanegger. I think it lasted for several minutes.
