He doesn't have to drain himself to death for physical advantage, aka Williams. (again)

Those are the main reasons why Hatton is regarded the best welterweight in the World. Most experts would tell you the same, and I know most of them.

Well for one.. All of those fighters you listed would beat Hattons ass. And Two.. He does drain himself because his fat ass walks around at 180-190lbs when he's not training and he has a huge physical advantage fighting at 140lbs. And Third and most importantly.... He's a JUNIOR Welterweight not a Welterweight Einstein! So how is he the best "Welterweight" in the world?

Ricky is overrated...a good fighter, but overrated.

Lets see, wins against a faded Castillo and Tzyu serve to make him seem better than he really is and all of a sudden beating Malignaggi means he is on the same level as floyd, pac, etc...nah man, ricky lost to collazo(we all know he did), he got knocked out by Floyd(who wasnt even a ko artist at WW by any means), he will get beaten by Pac, and for the record if he ever decided to face Tim Bradley he will get SMOKED. I could be wrong, but i doubt it. A good fighter, no doubt. An ELITE fighter...gimmie a break dude
