I just checked the fight video of Cotto-Marg.

Margarito has blood on BOTH hands. A larger portion on the other hand than the one fully visible in the pic on page 1 of this thread.

Also, Marg celebrates to the crowd with these hands on display before Cotto even gets off his stool to congratulate him.

They cut off the tape during the replays and I think the blood is already there when Margarito got lifted on his cornerman's shoulders, they did hug a little after that though and they could have talked to each other again during the replays.

Correction, Cotto congratulations him immediatley after the fight aswell....but Margarito still has his gloves on.

So in conclusion...I can't see how it is Cotto's blood.
