1st of all the test results aren't out yet. however it is probable that it is plaster of paris. but the test would have to prove it.

2nd of all If we went by your knowlege of any cheater should be banned from boxing forever, Mosley would of never fought marg(cuz he would of been banned for using steroids). And team marg would have never been caught by nazzim.
