    Hatton-Pacquiao: HBO Or Showtime?

This article is talkin about Showtime PPV, and no HBO 24/7 series. Ill be so mad....

Promoter Bob Arum said Monday it's no slam dunk to believe the May 2 Manny Pacquiao-Ricky Hatton junior-middleweight fight will be televised...

HBO please. I prefer their commentary team and on-screen graphics. Plus, everytime someone caps stuff from Showtime it never quite looks right - whereas whoever does the capping for the HBO stuff has it spot on (could someone tell me what settings they use in their caps, btw?)

This is a no brainer. It will be on HBO PPV without a doubt. As for a 24/7 series, who knows; they'll at least do a countdown show for it. Showtime, LMFAO!!!

As long as its not on those Top Rank PPVs. Those Top Rank PPVs look like my 10 year old nephew produced them. With that guy that looks like Larry Fitzgerald doing the interviews in the parking lot.

The reason they talking w/ SHOW is because if they went with SHOW they would offer there CBS network for a type of countdown show and ads running on CBS. I'd say go with CBS AND SEE HOW IT TURNS OUT. More exposure on CBS with ads and countdown shows would give more exposure to the sport!

I agree. Plus, I like the Showtime team. They're not cheerleaders.

now THAT would be interesting....if you use a vehicle like CBS to promote this fight, you might break set ppv records

I was gonna say for sure HBO, but after you said that maybe it would be a good idea. Even though I like the production and announcers better on HBO.
