    What a useless bump...

It's not like he fought the version of Mosley that just trashed Margarito. He fought the version of Mosley 2 years after. So what's your point?

These are the same experts who say Pac is easy work for Floyd, wake up and realise boxing is more than stats on paper and a portrayed sense of invincibility.

I would have gladly bet on Mosley winning this fight if it happened at this time.

And also, the Mayweather-Mosley fight would have been a bit more competitive than it was in 2010.

In early 2010 was around the time Roach said Mosley is too good for Pacquiao. This thread was in early 2009 where Mosley vs Pacquiao was a mismatch on paper, and rightfully so.

It was practically the same version, Mosley has been done for years, if Mosley fought Margarito today he'd look just as impressive.

Well count Roach as one of those experts who think they're in for it with Mayweather, and wanted no part of Mosley in 2009-2010.

No it wasn't practically the same Mosley.

After this Mosley had a over a year of inactivity got dominated and then suffered a draw against a journeyman.

              Not the same Mosley.

Wasn't this around the time that Mosley was "too good" to fight Pac?

                This is an embarrassing bump...

If you actually watched boxing, you would know you're wrong.

It was a year before Roach said those famous words.

At this time, Mosley was not just too good, he was just looked at as he was in another league than Pacquiao, too big, too strong, too tall, too much power, handspeed to match, not a come forward fighter. If you mention Mosley vs Pacquiao at this time, you would be crazy. Pacquiao hadn't even crushed Hatton at 140 yet.

Which is why I said around the time.. essentially he was still "good" regardless of what Roach said a year later.

Anyway you can't talk about Hatton. He was already garbage by then. "Mayweather haters" (*******s didn't exists then) said he was a bum. Nothing changed when Pac fought him either. The fight validates my point which I had made back in 2007.
