    Can Paul Williams still do 147?

    Can he? And if so what cost does making the WW limit have on him?

      Exactly. I don't think Paul realizes how tough thats going to be. When you know you have to make 160, you let yourself go differently during your off time. His body is adjusting to all of that, going back down to 147 is going to be tough after not making it for a year.

        he probably will have more trouble making 147 now than before. theres another reason paul moved up in weight besides other guys ducking him at 147, he's having some trouble making 147.

          He says he can. And he's probably one of the very few guys that can get away with going from 147 to 154 to 160 and back to 147. He is a freak of a nature like that but he cannot do it for too much longer that's for sure.

            I always thought it was a bad idea for a fighter to be jumping up and down weights
