I suspect he might wait until after Dawson v Tarver II, and fight the winner if they are willing to go to Cardiff and don't get too ambitious regarding their share of the purse. Dawson might, Tarver probably wouldn't. Apart from that, maybe Froch IF Carl could get a win in the summer against a credible opponent such as Taylor or Kessler.

My guess is he'll retire; he's already arranged the 'sporting speaker' tour for the summer (I have tickets).
