    Tyson vs holyfield 2009?

Is it just me (tired, 5am) or is there really a fight being talked about that involves Tyson VS Holyfield later this year?

In one sense I would love to see this and it would be the greatest thing for boxing!

In another I snap back to reality and remembered that its not 1989 or 1999 but 2009 and that's horrible.

    Anyone else heard this?

Supose this is what happens when once great fighters loose all their money!

It shouldnt happen, someone would get seriously hurt and it would only tarnish the boxing industrys name

Supposedly each fighter is guaranteed 32-34 million a piece. That's insane. I say go for it. It would financially put these guys in the clear once and for all (hopefully). I would watch it only if it was free. I bet it would be a little more entertaining than Holyfields last fight.

I'm with you, even if it is a circus sideshow, its still more legitimate and real than even the biggest WWE shows. If it will help get these guys who have given so much to the sport in days past out of financial ruin, go for it!
