Yeah, I'm kinda sorry about that. It's just that the only person talking in that quote was Bob Arum. That's what promoters do. Unless you hear something from someone close to Mosley it means nothing. I'd love to see this fight made too, but somebody has to explain how it makes any sense for Shane Mosley? The same fighter who said he was only looking for the biggest ($$$) matches now in the post fight interviews.

This could be a very competitive fight. We might witness another Mosley regression and see him get neutralized as Clottey is a much more skilled fighter than Margarito, which should make Mosley tentative. The more technical a fighter is, the more problems Mosley tends to have. Unless Mosley is really on point, I'd probably have to go with Clottey edging him to a decision at this stage of his career.

I'm with you 100% on that assessment. Joshua Clottey at this stage is the most underrated welterweight in boxing. He is also TRULY the most dangerous and avoided.

Margarito should be thanking his lucky stars Clottey hurt both of his hands in the 4th and 5th round of their fight.

I honestly believe that Clottey has the better hand speed and defense. He will simply pot shot Mosely all night. Clottey either by late 11th round TKO or UD. Sorry, I know that prediction is not politically correct but it's also not based on hype or picking the fighter with the biggest name either.

In my opinion arum should give margo time to heal and deal with the wraps ordeal and instead as long as cotto wins in feb have him fight berto and the winnr take on the clottey mosley winnr and finally we would have an undisputed WW champ...who in my opinion will be Miguel Cotto...hes so powerfull and has an unbelievable body attack which if he woulda used against margo he would be 33-0.

Okay, I get Mosley vs. Clottey to unify, but why the **** would they pit the winner of that match up against the winner of Margarito-Cotto. It was a great fight and all, but if Shane and Margarito win, I don't need to see them square off again. I'd rather see Shane go after Berto.

This tournament would bring some serious attention to boxing. Both Mosley-Cotto II or Clottey-Cotto should be awesome fights. I'm leaving Margacheato out now that his bricks were seized and Shane drew a blueprint to completely destroy him. With lil' Berto alone out there, the winner of this tournament could have an easy fight to close the year, while at the same time picking up that last belt.
