I would say Margarito because he could have killed somone with his concrete wraps. Even with roids Shane wasnt promised victory and nearly lost to Oscar.

Mosley cause he just seems like a poor sport...he already had speed and boxing ability. Margo even though he may have chated had to really tough it out to get the wins still so I am more forgiving of him.
