So a week ago, Margarito had one of the best chins in the history of boxing. Now some people are saying Cotto has a better chin? Boxing fans are fickle at times. Margarito probably does have the best chin in the game, but you need more than a good chin when your fighting the very best fighters like Mosley, you need to be able to adapt and Margarito just doesn't have boxing brain to alter his game plan. Lets not forget also that Mosley hits quite a bit harder than most welterweights, no fighter can accumilate that amount of punches to the head and still go the distance.

I told you, Winky Wright was once knocked down 5 times by an unknown fighter and went on to school Mosley, and Felix Trinidad and even having an entertaining fight with Bernard Hopkins. It was just not Cottos night, hes young at 28 and one loss doesnt mean anything, we all know he fought the wrong fight against Margarito, he fiught his fight, let him get on the inside and do work on him. Mosley has skills and brains something Cotto has yet to achive.

so it was really an inevitable outcome, at the fifth round it was quite clear to me, margarito doesnt know how to adjust, his hands wasnt even trying to cover his mug which is by the way too forward and too easy for shane to get at.
