Just read that it was the most people EVER inside the staples center..EVER!!! Place was rocking, but what i wanted to ask is how many fights in the stands did you guys see. I counted 5!!! Place was getting roudy!!!!

Awesome that Margarito and Shane could pull those number of people (most Margarito from the sounds of the crowd.) But people who go to any sporting event and start fights cause they are drunk or whatever should be shot. That's the same **** that keeps me from going to as many concerts as I used to. I get tired of having to stick up for smaller friends of mine because some prick is drunk and wants to start a fight. People fighting at any event are lost. Well, other then one time when I saw a guy hit his girlfriend/wife at a race and before any of us could get over to do anything about it, an entire group of guys who saw him hit her just wailed on that ****** bastard. That was indeed the funniest **** that I have ever seen.

Thats exactly it and I hope they keep this going. The younger generation can't afford 300 dollar tickets, neither can the old generation in this economy but either way we need young people. I wasn't at the fight but for 25 dollars I hope a ton of younger people were able to see their first major boxing event live. What a treat if they were able to make the fight. They got a great fight and a great atmosphere and hopefully it has made them life long fans. Tone down the greed, keep the fan friendly fights happening and make them affordable. Boxing got this fight right.
