Indeed he did. He's not a self confessed drugs cheat and he doesn't have 2 embarrassingly lopsided defeats on his record.

mosley is the far, far better fighter

              it aint even close
Mosley's performance against Margarito, is getting very overrated, this is what you need to understand.

-In terms of style, all shane had to do was stay off the ropes with lateral movement to have a good chance of beating margarito

              -Margarito blocks with his face.

-Shane's reflex's are gonna cost him badly when he fights a skilled fighter, he was getting tagged by slow Margarito jabs that he shouldnt have, his hands are too low, in short, he didnt fight much better than he did against cotto. The point is cotto has the skills to make mosley pay for his mistakes and margarito didnt.

-Who knows what cotto took out of Margarito during that fight.

Im glad shane won, but people are losing perspective over the whole thing, shane makes mistakes galore in the ring, when he fights the right guy, he will get punished.

Both fighters have flaws, I have no problem with people who think shane is better, I would probably agree with that too, but to say he is on another level to calzaghe right now, im not sure about that and I dont even like joe.

He was a 22 fight novice when he schooled Eubank.

Hopkins wasn't as far past his best as you'd like to make out either.

Hopkins was 43 year old. He was years past his prime. YEARS. Also fight decision is dispute.

mosley is a much better fighter than joe calzaghe, and he has proven it(before the margarito fight)
with the speed to match but with more power
and dont give me the calzaghe used to have devestating power when he was in his prime bull****, most of calzaghe's 'ko's' are TKO's and are from bull**** stoppages
mosley has the better resume also
