dude come on you people have to be smarter than this. The nevada athletic commish has officials in both locker rooms watching the wrapping from start to finish. They also have an official in the corner in between rounds. Cotto got his ass kicked plain and simple. Cotto would have been out cold if tony had illegal wraps.
