Any doubt Mayweather would have "Gatti'd" Margarito now?

Gatti'd is a strong phrase, outpointed yes but mayweather doesnt have the power mosley has

obviously mayweather beats marg easily. I don't know if it would be by stoppage but it would definitley be an easy victory for him.

So Mayweather would have come into the fight offensive minded throwing power shots at ever release? You know better than that. Mosley fought Margarito in the style he is best capable at. Mosley is a fighter. Floyd is not. Floyd is a defensive counterpuncher.

You know damn well Floyd would not have taken any chances with margarito. He would just backpeddle and potshot. Mosley goes for the KO against bigger opponents, Mayweather goes for points.

Would Mayweather have won? Most likely. But not in any way that resembles Mosley's victory. Even against a smaller opponent, Floyd was cautious.

Maybe he might have, but the truth is that Mayweather never went out there to find out for himself. Mosley did, however.

you have to keep in mind that Mayweather doesnt have near the power that Mosley does to keep Marg off of him, and its doubtful that he would have gone to the body as effectively as Mosley did, which I think is a major reason why Mosley won.

but he probebly would have won a decision.
