      I'd have to say Pacman if we are talking power and speed per individual's size and not per weight class (fastest WW or fastest LW or whatever but fastest w/ power given an individual's limits) he is so under rated given his move from 116 or whatever to where he is now. I believe that the fact that people keep doubting and under rating him is his biggest advantage, once in the ring and hit by him it is too late to say "we should train this way for him" because you are in the ring with him and not watching tapes of his fights; reality is a biatch!

                      That's a tough one but I'll have to say Shane.. 39 of his 46 wins have come by KO.
                      Manny Pacquiao has KOd 37 of his 49 opponents.
