It's Shane on this short list. Nobody was a better blend of speed/power than Roy Jones used to be.

Vic Darchinyan should have been on this list no doubt. Hell Nonito Donaire too for that matter. What about The "Ghost" Guererro?

*I know we arent talking about that in this thread, but I wanted to mention it.

        Pacquiao takes it.

Chase: I don't see Vic as being fast at all.

It's might be Pac, but we don't know exactly who is the faster of the two between him and Mosley. Shane was considered for a very long time to be the fastest man in boxing. But it's hard to know for sure if he is today.

Pacquiao and Gamboa. Mosley still has good power at WW, but it pales in comparison to those two in a P4P sense.

                    it's Javier Capetillo

Coach Capetillo has the fastest Plaster Wrapping hands in boxing today.
So fast the CSAC official didn't saw it.. but there's more... even Margarito didn't know nothing of it... that's how fast it is..

Oh wait? Fastest Power Punching Hands? I thought... oh well
                    It's Pacquiao!
