Why is it that Mexican Fans keep getting mentioned with the margarito loss??

I'm defining my sig the way I view it and there is no wrong or right answer because it's my opinion. Opinions are facts regardless if someone agrees or disagrees and unless you are gonna rewrite the technical aspects or the English language you can't sit here and tell me that my opinions and life long principles are lies.

And on the contrary I think you are failing miserably at trying to justify your stance that somehow Ethnic Pride is a "good thing" for boxing.

i am pointing out how you are expressing how much you disagree with nationalistic pride all the while having a sig that screams nationalistic pride.

i think that being proud where you came from and its people are not as bad as you make it out to be. but i am by no means defending it here so i don't know what your talking about

Just an Observation

I think there is a stigma about most mexican fighters.
I really don't know why.
I really good example is the fact that Marg cheated, most people are now discrediting him for most of his fights, and well they should.
However, it seems hypocritical of MANY of the posters here that are questioning Margarito's boxing career, when Mosley's past should also be questioned.
And instead we get that he is a great fighter and almost no mention that maybe, just maybe some of his earlier fights he might have been helped by using illegal substances.
Also from Puerto Ricans, I hear some that are defending trinidad when he also illegaly wrapped his hands, yet no one questions his previous opposition and try to discredit his whole history.

**** cheaters, if the allegations against Marg are true **** him, **** mosley, and **** all of those who disgrace the sport by pumping illegal substance or try to illegaly wrap their hands.

It doesn't scream national pride when dimotivational pictures were always humor based and never really considered serious commentaries on social subjects. In fact the whole point of dimotivational pics was to satire serious motivational advertisements that are often used by various goverment agencies to try to persuade people to live better lives.


To top it off i have a really funny and creative avatar that satires a famous work of art that depicts man touching the hand of God. I think someone with half a brain can see that there is a bit of a theme in my avatar and sig pictures.

sure. a mexican poster who has a pic of marg with captions like "mexicans beating the **** out of everybody" is not a sign of ethnic pride at all. any idiot can understand that. cause the poster is friggin genius!
