Margarito is going no where if he sticks with his trainer

If you have an elite welterweight on your hands, why would you not work with him and have him move his head or block punches with his gloves instead of his face? Shape him a little you know? Does he not care about his health? Not to mention his career? I mean you have a one dimensional, wide, slow brawler that cant block or move for **** and your going to keep thinking that his slow starting just keep on going style will work on every one? I dont understand, what does he tell him during training camps? that hes looking great keep being slow and unbalanced? keep taking punches straight to your dome?

To me, Margarito is an amateur fighter with a pros stamina and chin with relentlessness(so i thought). His trainer is an amateur as well. Margarito needs alot of work to be at the top longer than a few months. He can bounce back and get an alphabet title by beating the cintrons, bertos, clotteys of the sport but every time he encounters the top elites with boxing skill like the mosleys and mayweathers, hes gonna get his ass handed to him. I even think de la hoya can beat him at 154 as of now. Pac would put an ass whoopin on him as well.

How dare you speak down on Clottey. He is probably the best at WW right now if you don't include Williams. He was schooling Margarito until his hand broke and Margarito never hurt him at all.
