It cant be proved. It was months ago now. And where does it stop, EVERY ONE of Tonys fights might have to be a NC, and his title reigns? How can u win and defend a title on NC's

If the world was fair (which its not) the decision would be changed to a No-contest and cotto would be given his title back and there would be a rematch (when margarito comes off his suspension).

There is no evidence that Margarito's wrappings were illegal for the Cotto fight.

We have no proof that they were illegal for the Mosley fight, just a statement from a representative of Mosley's promoter, Golden Boy!

There seems to have been a lynch mob unleashed to hang Margarito without a trial. People need to hold back until all the facts are clarified.

NC. Then grill all of Marg's team if they did the same **** in Marg's previous fights, especially with Cotto. The number of previous occurrences should determine the severity of punishments. Although, Marg's team would most likely say they didn't do it before the Mosely fight and that it was only an honest mistake this time. I agree they should still be given the benefit of the doubt. The boxing commission has the sample and can run test on the materials used. If true intentions are found, the boxing commission should make an example and punish Marg severely as to not encourage other boxers to this type of cheating. Rematch with Cotto after punishment is served.
