Hell, I was on the boards here as well after the Cotto loss the next morning. I don't think I posted, but I was lurking and reading people's reactions to the fight.



I thought Margarito would win, but that it would be by decision...wasn't surprised that Shane won...it's the FASHION in which he won. I had invited a lot of friends over, and I forgot to place the camera in the living room to tape our reactions...I should do that next time. You wouldn't believe all the shouting going on when Shane threw that hellacious right uppercut. Did anyone catch that? 2:23 into round 8, the right uppercut grazed Margarito's chin and it LIFTED him OFF HIS FEET.

Other details after having watched the fight numerous times:

-Bernard Hopkins shouting and signaling to Shane: "Body shot! Body shot!"

-Bernard Hopkins running over to the ring (perhaps) after the first knockdown.

- George Lopez's reaction as Margarito clinched before Shane knocked him down at the end of round 8

- Sly Stallone's and Arnold Schwarzeneggar's reactions after the first knockdown

.......I'm not joking, I must've seen that fight like 6 times from beginning to end already.

Margarito got in good shots, but they were so few and far in between, plus they always got overlooked because of Mosley's much more faster and impressive punches in retaliation.
