I think cintron would knock margarito, cintron is young and only getting better, by the look of margarito's last fight teddy reid could have whopped him that night. He was getting whooped on by a man without that much punching power. So what will happen when he gets his chin touched by someone with power like cintron?

Margarito has beaten some decent fighters, but to say he destroys Cintron is a rediculous statement. Teddy Reid is not the most skilled fighter at 147, but he is by far the strongest and hardest punching WW out there besides Cintron. Just ask William Joppy and Kieth Holmes, both of whom were KO"d in sparring by Teddy Reid. Thats with 18oz gloves and head gear. Reid landed a few flush shots on Cintron and never once came close to hurting him. People may like to point out that Tackie stopped Reid on 5 rounds. Thats true, but he stopped a weight drained Teddy Reid, and even so Tackie never was able to drop him nor was anyone else in his career. Kermit is the only fighter to ever knock down Teddy Reid. Losing to much weight has a detrimental affect on stamina and the fighters ability to take a punch. For proof, just watch Corrales vs Frietas. Corrales walked through shots at 135 that would have floored him at 130. The rise in weight definately inproved Corrales' chin, and it improved Reids as well. Teddy Reid through 95,100, and 101 punches in rounds 5,6,7 respectively. Yet he lost every round and was KO'd in round 8. Teddy Reid also throws a straighter jab and right hand than Margarito yet his connect % was miserable against Cintron. So whomever said Cintron got hit alot must not have payed attention to the compu-box stats. Margarito is a good fighter, and I take nothing away from him, but he has been on the canvas before, and thats where he willfinish his fight with Cintron. Cintron spars with the best in the world "Bernard Hopkins" who was quoted on ********** as saying "I have sparred with alot of fighters, this kids got the good" Cintrons straighter punches, greater physical strength, better chin, and obvious greater punching power will give him all the tools he will need to over come his supposed lack of experience. I read these boards everytime Cintron has a fight coming up, and the majority of posters pick against him yet he has KO'd everyone he has fought. He entered the top 10 by KOing a guy who was ranked in the top 10. He went through with his fight against Hicklet Lau even though he came down with the Flu while in AZ. On top of that Cintron KO'd a guy that was never stopped b4. he went into the reid fight with a bad hand and KO'd a guy with that bad hand. And as I said earlier Reid had never been off his feet b4. Did he make mistakes against Reid? YES! But anyone who knows boxing will tell you that it is in your mistakes that you learn, that you gain experience. When all is said and done, he won every round against Reid with only one round being close and got the KO over a legit top 10 WW. Cintron will KO Margarito. I hope that Margarito has as much of a lack of respect for Citnron as the people on these boards. The fight will be that much quicker then!

Antonio was not very good in his last fight with Santos. Citron is one of the best prospect today... It will be spectacular fight! I think Citron win by KO.

I choose Margarito to win at 147 by late KO.

Margarito simply has perfect conditioning, he might get hurt or stunned by cintron but his conditioning is so great he wont go down and is the kind of fighter thats gonna be there all 12 rounds pounding away.

He has great punching power, and his superior conditioning to that of Cintron will keep him in the fight and a dangerous threat to cintron in all rounds and the danger would only escalate as the fight would go on.
