As much as it suck as the probability of this being the case is fairly high. There is really no proof that he did it in that fight.

Hard to say how I feel about the rematch, part of me says that Cotto should fight him again and make sure Margarito's wraps are clean so he can beat the piss out of him. Or if Cotto should just move on with his career and say **** you to Margarito.

Why anyone would think he dint use the same technique for cotto? Especially in what was label the biggest fight on margarito career .. Gtfo! Yesterday fight was supposed to be a easy fight for margarito and he try to cheat is way thru the wrapping of is glove... If they changed Margarito v Cotto to a no contest they would need to do the same for every other fight he won, as there is no more proof he cheated against Cotto than any of the rest of them.
